Lemongrass: is for healing ligaments, tendons, and cartilage, it helps with regenerating connective tissue, circulation, repairing ligaments, tissue regeneration, muscles and bones
Marjoram: is for muscles, spasms, rheumatism, sprains, stiff joints, aches, neuralgia, pain, tension—good for muscles and bones
AromaTouch: is great for pain, inflammation, spasms, circulation and healing.
PastTense: Anti-inflammatory, helps relieve muscle and bone pain, anti-spasmodic, circulatory stimulant, alleviates aches, pains and stiffness, increases blood flow –muscles and bones
Wintergreen: helps with inflammation, rheumatism, muscular pain, cramps, arthritis, tendonitis, and hypertension. It is know for its ability to alleviate bone pain. (it has a cortisone like action due to the high content of methyl salicylate)

How to Apply:
Rub 3-5 drops on effected area, you can do one single oil or combine multiple oils—or even all if you want to.

You can add in a carrier oil (such as coconut or olive oil) if you would like to help spread the oil over a larger space.
